Zeon Group is a Malaysian real estate consulting group established on 28 November 2012. It is headquartered at Wisma Zeon in Jelutong, Penang, and has a second office in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.
Six services: project planning and management (PMC), Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H), Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) advice, space planning and project consultancy, real estate agency and marketing, and retail planning and consultancy.
Zeon Group was founded by Dato’ Leon Lee (Dato’ Lee Toong Leon), a Malaysian businessman from Pulau Pinang who is also Group CEO and Founder of Stark Development.
